Friday's Season Opener Postponed Due To Rain

BGSU and Belmont will play doubleheader Saturday beginning at 12:00 pm CT
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Friday's season opener between Bowling Green and Belmont has been postponed due to rain. The forecast called for extended rain throughout the evening, causing Belmont's Dave Jarvis and BGSU's Danny Schmitz to make the decision to wait to begin the 2014 season until Saturday.
Two two teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 12:00 p.m. CT. Cody Apthorpe is expected to throw in game one, followed by Mike Frank in game two.
