Falcons Announce 2014 Summer Hockey School

The Falcons welcome kids ages 5-12 for a week-long summer camp in July.
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University ice hockey coaching staff has announced registration is now open for the 2014 Summer Hockey School. The week-long summer camp will run from Monday, July 14th – Friday, July 18th for two age groups – Mini Mite (ages 5-8) and Squirt & PeeWee (ages 9-12).

The camp will provide informational sessions focused on the development of the basic and advanced skills with proper fundamentals of skating, puck skills, team concepts, and stick checking. Goaltenders are welcomed as well, and will have specific goalie instruction during on-ice sessions. The full-time varsity hockey coaching staff from the Bowling Green State
University ice hockey team will provide the core instruction which includes the following:

Ty Eigner – Bowling Green Assistant Coach
Barry Schutte – Bowling Green Assistant Coach
Shane Connelly – Bowling Green Hockey Ops.
