Mike Sullivan Named Scholar-Athlete Of The Year

Bowling Green, Ohio - Each year, the Bowling Green State University hockey program hands out a variety of postseason awards. For the first time this year, those award winners will be announced with exclusive interviews on BGSUFalcons.com. Listed below are each of the awards and the winners as they are unveiled over the next few weeks.
The first award presented this year is the Jack Gregory Scholar-Athlete Award and it is presented to senior defenseman Mike Sullivan. Sullivan carries a 3.725 grade point average and played in 33 games as a senior, recording three goals and five assists. He ranked third on the team with a +9 on-ice rating and was second with 59 blocks. He scored one game-winning goal. Just last week, Sullivan earned the Athletic Department's Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year award.
