BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University Baseball team and Head Coach Kyle Hallock have announced the addition of six future student-athletes. The six baseball players will join the team as freshmen for the 2021-22 academic year.
"We are looking forward to the arrival of the 2021 recruiting class to Bowling Green State University," said head coach Kyle Hallock. "This is a talented group of young men who produce on the field, in the classroom and within their hometowns. Each member comes from a winning program and are the leaders of their respective teams. As a staff, we have high expectations for this group upon their entry to BGSU. As a class, they will add depth to the roster and continue our plan for moving this program forward. I want to thank Coach Shay for the job he did in putting together this outstanding class of high-achieving student-athletes."

COACH HALLOCK QUOTE: "Nate Archer is a plus athlete with the in-game production to match it. Everything he does is fast, especially on the base paths. He can run, hit for average and defend at all three outfield positions. He works extremely hard and always competes. Nate was a little under the radar recruiting wise because he bloomed later than others, but now he is one of the best overall players in the state of Ohio."
