BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green gymnastics team (0-2) continues its 2022 season on Saturday at Michigan State's (2-0) tri-meet . The event starts at 7 p.m. and also includes Illinois State (0-2).

Bowling Green opened its 2022 season in closs loses to Auburn and North Carolina last weekend. Michigan State went on the road and swept a tri-meet at UC Davis, which also included Sacramento State. Illinois State fell to Missouri and Ball State at a tri-meet at UM.

BGSU is 4-15 all-time against MSU, but have won three of the last for meetings, including in 2018 in East Lasing the last time they competed against each other.. BGSU is 14-7 all-time against Illinois State, including a win last year at Anderson Arena.

Next Up: Bowling Green hosts its first home meet of the year on Friday, January 21 against Central Michigan. The meet starts at 6 p.m.
