Opponent Outlook

Freshman forward Kyler Grundy leads the Tommies with six goals this season, while senior forward Christiano Versich leads the squad in assists (8) and points (13). Senior Peter Thome has spent the most minutes in goal, compiling a save percentage of .864 and a GAA of 4.72. Ty's Take
"Our goal is to focus on the things we can control and be ready to go right off the hop because we have to believe that everybody we play in the second half is looking at the same things we're looking at. They're looking at the CCHA standings and they're trying to put themselves in the best position for the playoffs, and St. Thomas is no different than anybody else.
Â
They're going to be at home so that certainly gives them some more confidence. They won a league game at home against Ferris State earlier in the year, so they've got to feel good about that. I would assume that they're going to be excited to play Bowling Green, they're going to be excited to open up the second half, and if that means they have a chip on their shoulder, we have to be prepared for that."
