Fifth Third Field To Host Battle of I-75 For Fourth Straight Season; Tickets On Sale Now

BGSU, Toledo Set For Fifth Third Field Battle On Friday, May 17
TOLEDO, Ohio – The baseball programs at Bowling Green State University and the University of Toledo will return to Fifth Third Field this season for the fourth annual game between the Rockets and Falcons played in Downtown Toledo. The baseball edition of the Battle of I-75 rivalry series was first played at Fifth Third Field in 2021. This year's game is scheduled for Friday, May 17 with a 7 p.m. first pitch.
The home team for the game will continue to alternate with Bowling Green serving as the host this season. Bowling Green was the home team in 2022 and Toledo was in 2023 and 2021. The game at Fifth Third Field will mark the third of four games in the Battle of I-75 this season. The first game is scheduled for April 30 at 4 p.m. with the rest of the series set for May 16 at 3 p.m. and May 18 at 3 p.m. Those three games will be played at Steller Field in Bowling Green.
