Moore Named CCHA Rookie Of The Month, For The Second Time This Season

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio- The Central Collegiate Hockey Association has recognized four student-athletes as its Players of the Month for February on Wednesday, Feb. 28. Bowling Green's Cole Moore was named CCHA Rookie of the Month for the second time this season. This will tally as Moore's second monthly award and fifth CCHA award on his rookie season.
CCHA Rookie of the Month: Cole Moore Goaltender, Bowling Green
Cole Moore recorded a 3-2 record in the month of February. Moore averaged a 32.2 saves per game this past month and a .941 save percentage, totaling 161 saves. Through Moore's rookie season he has recorded a .917 save percentage, 2.86 goals allowed average. Moore has recorded 675 saves through 26 games played. Moore ranks third in the CCHA for saves per game (25.96). Moore has been rewarded five CCHA awards on the season, earning three player of the week nods and two rookie of the month.
