Falcons Place Second at Home Tri-Meet on Sunday as Central Michigan Places First

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio. – Central Michigan scored a 196.425 to take Bowling Green's Tri-Meet on Sunday afternoon at the Stroh Center. BGSU took second with a 193.725, while UW-Oshkosh finished third with a score of 192.925.
The Falcons started out the meet with its second-best team score of the season on vault with a 48.800 and finished strong with its best floor routine of the season with a 48.800. Battling sickness and late lineup changes, the Falcons faced adversity on bars (rotation two) and beam (rotation three). Castiglia was strong to start rotation three as she tied her PR on beam with a 9.825 to pace BGSU during the middle rotations.
