Jeff Sobol enters his first season as Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at Bowling Green State University. A graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Sobol started three years as a defensive lineman at EIU on the football team, earning All-Ohio Valley Conference twice. He then played in the Arena Football League for three seasons.

Sobol will be responsible for the baseball and softball programs at Bowling Green, while also assisting with the football program. He previously served as a graduate assistant in the Strength and Conditioning department at Eastern Illinois. A two-time graduate of EIU, Sobol is married to his wife, Kelsey.
