2010-2011 (sophomore): Played 17 games with his first action of the season coming in a 2-1 win at Northern Michigan (Nov. 12)…scored his only point of the season a goal against Lake Superior State (Jan. 28)…had 26 shots on goal…finished with a (-5) on-ice rating for the year…finished with a plus/minus rating of even or better in 11 of 17 games played…recorded one minor penalty for two minutes…blocked two shots.2009-10 (freshman): Debuted with the team as a first line winger at Minnesota State (Oct. 9) on opening day…recorded his first points against Nebraska-Omaha (Oct. 30) with his first career goal and assist against the Mavericks…went on to score four points over seven games (Nov. 20 to Dec. 11) with a pair of goals and assists…posted his second multiple point game against Ohio State assisting on both goals scored by teammate Tommy Dee…notched an assist in both games versus Miami (Feb. 12-13)…his goal against Notre Dame (Feb. 19) was the game-winner in a 4-3 decision…all four of his goals were scored in games decided by one or fewer goals…finished his freshman year with a line of four goals, seven assists and 11 total points…had a plus/minus ranking of (-10)…committed six penalties for 20 PIM in 32 games played.
Prior to BGSU: Played with the Hamilton Red Wings of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL)…played in all 53 contests during a stellar 2008-09 season where he scored a team and league-high 48 goals… also credited with 55 assists for team-leading 103 points…led team in points and second in assists…won the league scoring title as well as OJHL Central Division Sportsman of the Year Award…voted team MVP and team Sportsman of the Year…in 2007-08, scored 32 points (18-14) in 46 games with the Red Wings.
Personal: Born on June 5, 1989…has a brother, Nicholas, and a sister, Natalie…son of Paul and Carole Pageau…father played profession hockey as a goaltender, appearing in the NHL with the Los Angeles Kings in 1980-81.
