2000-01: Played in all 40 games garnered two assists Nov. 18 at Ohio State scored game-winning goal March 3 vs. Ferris State to secure playoff berth for Falcons had one goal and one assist in BG's 2-1 overtime win against Northern Michigan on March 13.
1999-2000: Played in every game had a two-game assist streak (1-2--3) from Oct. 29-30 assisted on Dennis Williams' short-handed goal vs. Union (Dec. 30) tallied the first short-handed goal of his career against Ohio State on Feb. 26 named to the CCHA All-Academic Special Mention team.
1998-99: Played in 37 games first collegiate point was game-winning assist vs. Ferris State on Oct. 24 scored first collegiate goal vs. Lake Superior on Jan. 16 missed Nov. 14 Alaska Fairbanks contest with an injury had a season-high four shots on goal Nov. 6 at Northern Michigan.
Pre-College: Competed his last three years of juniors for the Rochester Mustangs in the United States Hockey League (USHL) played for coach Gary Sampson, a former NHLer with the Washington Capitals had 11 goals/10 assists in 30 games in 1997-98 voted Mustangs rookie-of-the-year for 1995-96 selected an all-star twice in the USHL member of the 1997-98 King of the Hill tournament champion USHL team that also won the four nations tournament against world junior teams from Germany, Switzerland and Norway had 65 points (30 goals/35 assists) in 54 games during the 1996-97 campaign participated in the 1995 National Junior Tournament as a member of the Mustangs scored 67 goals/75 assists for the Mustangs.
Personal: Full name--Ryan Carl Wetterberg born March 11, 1977, in St. Paul, Minnesota son of Robert and Rebecca Wetterberg has an older brother (Brandon) finance major maintained a 3.14 grade-point average through spring semester made the Dean's List for the 1999 spring semester with a 3.62 gpa 1995 graduate of St. Thomas Academy in Mendota Heights, Minnesota enjoys fishing and weightlifting shoots right.
