Roger Lewis' 78-Yard Touchdown Reception Clinches A Win In The Inaugural Camellia Bowl
After falling behind 28-27 with 1:20 to play in the 4th quarter against South Alabama, Bowling Green State University needed a big-time play in order to move into field goal range in the game's final moments. But, the Falcons got more than that, as James Knapke found Roger Lewis streaking down the sideline for a 78-yard touchdown with 1:04 to play to clinch the Falcons first bowl game victory in a decade. Lewis led the way for the Falcons, catching four passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns in the game.
