August 14, 2013 | Ice Hockey
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University ice hockey team has announced a special progressive dinner called "Night At Center Ice", taking place at the BGSU Ice Arena on Thursday, Aug. 22.
"Night at Center Ice is an opportunity for Falcon Hockey supporters to see the improvements that have been made to all areas of the BGSU Ice Arena over the past four years," head coach Chris Bergeron said. "The evening will also include hearing from our Director of Athletics Chris Kingston and current senior captain Cam Wojtala."
Falcon hockey fans will have the chance to interact with the newest member of the Falcon Family, Kingston, and also hear from Bergeron. Bergeron will give fans the inside scoop on his thoughts about the upcoming season, the new WCHA opponents, and the 2013-14 BGSU hockey team. Fans will also have a chance to meet current players, coaches, and some former players.
"We feel this will be a great way to kick off the 2013-14 hockey season, show off our building, and have some fun," Bergeron said. "I hope to see everyone there."
The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the BGSU Ice Arena. For more information, contact Doreen Bateson at 419-372-8103 or CLICK HERE.
