Orange & Brown World Series Begins Thursday

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University baseball team begins its annual Orange and Brown World Series on Thursday (Oct. 10) afternoon. The best-of-five fall World Series will take place at Warren E. Steller Field.
This year, the Orange team will be led by captain Tyler Hays. Hays selected right-handed pitcher Will MacLean with his first pick in the draft. Team Orange will be the home team for Game 1, Game 3 and Game 5 (if necessary).
The Brown team is being captained by Andrew Abrahamowicz. Abrahamowicz selected outfielder Jake Wilson with his No. 1 selection.
The entire Orange roster is as follows: Tyler Hays, Jack Krause, Anthony Toma, Tanner Egger, Zach Schone, Adam Furnas, Adam Fallon, Nathan Rose, Trent Farquhar, Kyle Gurney, Tyler Haas, David Stopp, Damon Egnor, Jay Ward, Will MacLean, Danny Bradley, Josh Slayton and Gage Schenk.
The entire Brown roster is as follows: Andrew Abrahamowicz, Jake Wilson, Mike Malewitz, Parker Hydrick, Jack Connelly, Tyler Ross, Dylan Dohanos, Ryan Johnston, Mason Montgomery, Nick Neibauer, Anthony Ryan, Nathan Lohmeier, Griffin Parrill, Rigo Ramos, Jeremy Spezia, Max Carevic and Andrew Oehmke.
