2017: Made 16 appearances on the mound, including nine starts … led the team with 45 strikeouts … went 2-3 on the season with a 4.99 ERA … totaled 39.2 innings on the season … also notched a save … limited opponents to a .243 batting average … struck out the side in 1.0 inning of work at Texas A&M (Feb. 17) … logged 3.0 innings of scoreless baseball at Morehead State (March 5) … in his first start of the season vs. Army on March 10, struck out four and allowed one hit over 4.2 innings … surrendered one run at Eastern Michigan on March 24 over 4.0 innings … picked up the win at Northern Illinois by allowing three runs over 5.0 innings … pitched a hitless inning versus Central Michigan on April 22 to earn a save … struck out a career-high eight batters to register a win over Miami on April 30.
