Andrew Patrick was appointed as an assistant coach ahead of the 2027 season.
Patrick was a 17th round draft pick by the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2024. He began his professional career in Single-A with the Bradenton Marauders and floated between the Marauders and the Pirates’ Rookie League squad in the Florida Complex League the following season.
Prior to turning pro, Patrick was a three-year letterwinner at Wright State where he totaled 37 home runs, 120 RBIs and a .288 batting average in 150 games. He was selected to the East-ABCA Rawlings All-Region First Team and All-Horizon League First Team in 2023. In 2022, he earned designations to the Horizon League All-Freshman Team and the Horizon League All-Tournament Team.
Throughout his collegiate career, Patrick played for the Hamilton Joes of the Great Lakes Collegiate Summer League and the Bourne Braves in the Cape Cod League.
