The Bowling Green State University baseball team will continue Mid-American Conference Tournament play on Thursday night, taking on the University of Toledo in a second round matchup. The Falcons were able to defeat the No. 3 seed Northern Illinois on Wednesday afternoon, defeating the Huskies 6-4 in 11 innings. Toledo, the tournament's No. 7 seed, defeated the No. 2 seed Buffalo 12-10.
The Falcons will send redshirt junior, Mike Frank to the mound. He will be opposed by Toledo's regular Friday starter, Kyle Shaw.
The winner of the Bowling Green/Toledo game will advance to the championship game of their bracket, playing again on Friday night at 7:30. The loser will meet the winner of Buffalo/Northern Illinois, and will play on Friday afternoon at 12:30 pm.
