EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The Bowling Green State University baseball team is set to play a Wednesday afternoon contest at the University of Evansville. First pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m. The game will take place at UE's Braun Stadium.

A DEEP OFFENSE

• Randy Righter and Neil Lambert lead the team in at-bats, and are both producing at a high level. Righter is hitting .318 with six RBI, while Lambert is hitting .372 with a team-high four doubles.
• Ty Suntken, in 15 at-bats, is hitting a team-best .467.
• Jeff Scott is hitting .262 and leads Bowling Green with eight RBI.
BULLPEN PRODUCTION
• Brad Croy and Damon Egnor have experienced success out of the BGSU bullpen in 2018.
• In 10.1 innings of work, Croy owns a team-low 0.87 ERA. He has allowed just one earned run, and leads the team with 15 strikeouts.
• Damon Egnor has also allowed just one earned run over 6.1 innings. He has fanned five, and has posted a 1.42 ERA on the season.
THE MOVE TO THE ROTATION
• Kody Brown came out of the bullpen across his first three years as a Falcon.
• He's been one of Bowling Green's top options out of the pen for the past two seasons. But the senior has made the switch to the weekend rotation in 2018.
• Brown has excelled in the role as starter, as he owns a 3.38 ERA over three starts and 16.0 innings. He has walked just four batters, and has struck out nine.
HOME OPENER ON THE HORIZON
• Exactly one week from today, Bowling Green will play its home opener at Warren E. Steller Field.
• The Falcons host Fort Wayne for a 3:05 p.m. first pitch on Tuesday, March 13.
