Coach Bergeron's Take
- "I think it was a concerted effort on our part to find a way tonight. The first period was kind of nothing. We thought we had more compete level and more skating in us. We were playing a little too safe. I thought we did a good job of adjusting that and getting back to our level of competing. Obviously there's plays good and bad on both sides, but to come away with five points on a weekend like this where we're fighting for home ice; fighting for second place…I'm proud of the group, I thought we did a nice job this weekend.
- Thought's on what it means to clinch home ice in the first round, "We've had home ice since the new WCHA has been formed. Playing in front of our fans is a big thing. There's lots to play for next weekend and we put ourselves in a good spot here."
