WOMEN'S BASKETBALL (18-5)
Wednesday, March 10 vs. Eastern Michigan (MAC Tournament Quarterfinals in Cleveland, Ohio), 11:00 am | ESPN+ | Radio | Live Stats | @BGSUWbb
The Falcons, having captured the Mid-American Conference regular-season championship for a league-record 15th time, now turn their attentions toward the conference crown. BGSU, the number-one seed for the MAC Tournament, will face eighth-seeded Eastern Michigan in Wednesday's quarterfinal round. That matchup is set for an 11:00 a.m. start at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, and will be streamed on ESPN+. The Falcons ended the regular season by winning 10 of 12 games, with the two losses in that time coming by one point apiece. BGSU defeated Kent State, 82-65, last Wednesday at the Stroh Center, before falling to Buffalo, 69-68, in a wild overtime contest on Saturday. Elissa Brett went 7-for-9 from the field en route to 19 points in the win over KSU, and Brett and Kadie Hempfling combined for 38 points in the UB contest. The Falcons have not faced Eastern Michigan since the MAC opener way back on Dec. 11, when the Falcons posted a 71-64 win at the Stroh. The BGSU-EMU winner will meet either UB or KSU in Friday's semifinal round, and the championship game is set for Saturday.
SOFTBALL (7-7, 0-0 MAC)
Wednesday, March 10 at Dayton, 3:00 pm | @BGSUSoftball

Redshirt freshman pitcher Payton Gottshall continues to amaze. Gottshall has already moved into the top 10 on the BGSU career strikeout list. She is ranked among the NCAA leaders in numerous categories, and enters the week with a 7-3 record and an ERA of just 0.93. Gottshall has walked eight batters and struck out 141 in 67 2/3 innings. VOLLEYBALL (13-0, 13-0 MAC)
Thursday, March 11 vs. Eastern Michigan, 4:00 pm | ESPN3/+ | Radio | Live Stats | @BGSUVolleyball
Friday, March 12 vs. Eastern Michigan, 4:00 pm | ESPN3/+ | Radio | Live Stats | @BGSUVolleyball
The Bowling Green volleyball program will look to continue their historic start this coming week with two matches against Eastern Michigan. Advancing to 13-0, this edition of the volleyball program set the record for most wins to begin a season in program history while also being what is believed to be the third best start in all of BGSU Athletics history. Just the 1942-43 men's basketball team at 14-0 and the 1964 men's tennis team at 15-0 have had better starts to a season. In addition to the win streak, the Falcons could have the chance to clinch a spot in the MAC Tournament this weekend, depending on other results across the conference. Just four teams will compete in the tournament this year for volleyball and the 13-0 Falcons currently stand atop the standings. Â

Thursday, March 11 vs. Akron (MAC Tournament Quarterfinals in Cleveland, Ohio), App. 6:30 pm | ESPN+ | @BGSUMHoops |

The MAC Championship Game is slated for Saturday (March 13) at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN2. MEN'S SOCCER (2-3, 0-1 MAC)
Sunday, March 14 vs. SIU Edwardsville, 1:00 pm | Live Stats | @BGSUMensSoccer
The men's soccer Falcons play just one home match in the season's first eight contests, and that match is this Sunday. After playing five-straight games on the road, with the last three coming against non-league opponents, BGSU now faces undefeated SIUE at Cochrane Stadium. There will be a live stream of the match, courtesy WBGU-TV. For the Falcons, who dropped the MAC opener at Akron yesterday (Sunday, March 7), this year's conference schedule is twice as long as usual. BGSU faces each of the other five MAC men's soccer programs twice this year, for a total of 10 matches. BG lost a 2-0 decision on the road against SIUE in the teams' last meeting (Oct. 19, 2019), but the Falcons won a 2-0 contest the last time the Cougars ventured to Cochrane (Nov. 3, 2018). Entering Sunday's SIUEÂ match, the Falcons are 20-12-3 over the last 35 matches, dating to late in the 2018 season
