2009: Made five appearances from the hill, all in relief…pitched a scoreless inning against Western Carolina (2/20) and struck out one, gave up one earned run against Louisville (2/27) in two-thirds of an inning pitched…in his last two outings against Eastern Michigan (4/8) and Oakland (5/12), he pitched 2.1 innings and allowed only one earned run while walking one and striking out another.
2008: Pitched in six games, all in relief...did not give up an earned run in three of his appearances...longest stint was 1.2 innings against Youngstown State...also struck out two in that outing...pitched in two MAC games going 1.1 innings.
HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year letterwinner at Strongsville High School...named honorable mention in the Pioneer Conference as a senior and was a 2007 All-Sun team honoree...was 4-0 for the Mustangs his senior season in 35 innings and had a 1.96 ERA...team was the runner-up in the regionals and they went 22-6...helped lead the Mustangs to two PC titles...the Mustangs won the Division I state championship his junior year...was 2-0 on the mound as a junior.
