Prior to BGSU:
- 2023-24 CCHA All-Academic
- Skated in 36 games for the Falcons, recording nine goals and seven assists for 16 points. Kersten finished second in point production and second in goals for the Falcons.
- Overall Kersten skated in 129 games, recording 24 goals and 30 assists for 54 points through four years.
- Kersten recorded three power-play goals on the season, tying for first in this category. Also recorded one game winning goal.
- Kersten recorded 31 blocks on the season, tying for third among the Falcons.
- Recorded three multi-point games: against Ferris State on Dec. 9 (1g, 1a), against Minnesota State on Jan.19 (2a) and against Lake Superior State Feb.9 (2a).
