- Sophomore Max Johnson tallied his first career hat trick scoring three power play goals in the contest.
- Freshman forward Alex Barber would score his first career goal for the Orange and Brown.
- Senior captain Stephen Baylis would score a five on three shorthanded goal late in the game to complete the scoring for Bowling Green. He is just the second player in school history to do so.
