BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University baseball team hosts Youngstown State University on Tuesday (March 26) afternoon at Steller Field. The non-conference ballgame is slated for a 3:05 p.m. first pitch. The contest is the only scheduled game between the two schools this season.

BGSU SWEEPS TOLEDO TO OPEN MAC SCHEDULE
Bowling Green completed its sweep of the University of Toledo on Sunday (March 24) afternoon with a walk-off victory. Freshman Mike Malewitz delivered the game-winning single in the bottom of the ninth inning to give the Falcons a 6-5 win.

• Bowling Green is 3-0 in Mid-American Conference play for the first time since 2008.
• The Falcons are 5-1 at Steller Field in 2019, marking BGSU's best start at home through six games since an 8-1 start in 2012.
• The Falcons' three-game sweep is the program's first MAC sweep since taking all three games from Buffalo at Steller Field in May of 2015.
• The three-game sweep marks Bowling Green's first over Toledo since 2010.
• BGSU now leads the all-time series with Toledo by a 129-93 margin.
