The Bowling Green State University ice hockey team lost 5-1 to the Ferris State Bulldogs Friday night, extending their losing streak to three games. Freshman Ted Pletsch scored the lone goal for the Falcons, while junior Andrew Hammond stopped 31-of-36 shots in the loss.
The Bowling Green State University ice hockey team dropped a 4-1 decision to Ferris State Saturday night at the Ewigleben Ice arena, giving the Bulldogs the series sweep. Freshman Adam Berkle scored the lone goal for the Falcons, while junior Andrew Hammond stopped 17-of-20 shots in the loss.

Sophomore Mike Fink's assist on the lone Falcon goal Friday night snapped a personal 15-game point drought, dating back to the Falcons shootout win over Miami (Nov. 19) in Oxford.
